SAINT CITY is a short film and pilot proof of concept that turns the hard-boiled PI trope on its head. Instead of a loner with a drinking problem, ELTON JENNINGS is a kinder, gentler breed of detective - a dad-tective. Imagine a Columbo/Ted Lasso hybrid solving crimes on the charmingly crooked streets of New Orleans.

Elton’s commitment to justice is rivaled only by his care for people’s feelings – which is no small feat while trying to raise a teenage boy and gently remind his over-the-hill Army vet partner that he might not be finely-tuned government killing machine he used to be.
